What do you do with my photos after training?

We train our AI model with input photos, render avatars then delete them and the models from our servers/GPU API’s within 7 days. To delete faster simply press “Delete” button and we’ll erase all data instantly.

Who owns the pictures?

You do. We grant you full commercial license and ownership over your photos. We don’t use them for any other purpose than training our AI model, which we delete after 7 days.

What type of photos should I upload?

We recommend 16 close-ups, and 1 upper body shots. Variety is key: facial expressions, locations, backgrounds and perspectives should all be different. High quality photos work best; minimal makeup is advised as it may be exaggerated in the photos. No nudes, swimwear/underwear is OK.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored securely on servers in the United States, by vetted, highly secure, third party partners of us.

Can I delete my data?

After 30 days, we will delete your photos and data from our active databases. You can also request deletion at any time by manually deleting your photos from your profile page.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, we can refund purchases made within the first 14 days, provided you haven’t downloaded any photos yet. You can request a refund at www.headshotpro.com/profile/refund. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details.
